Service Description

This 1-on-1 Mindset coaching session is highly focused on your mental and emotional processes to create alignment and momentum. You have all the right intentions, you know where you want to go, but why is it that your energy and actions just don't line up to get you there?! A great session if you feel there is something under the surface of your awareness, in your mindset or your emotions that is bringing you off rout to where you are wanting to go. We will explore your inner dialogue and linguistics as well as emotions and core beliefs relative to your focus, to clear the clutter and get energy moving into your excellence This can also be a great follow up after a Month of Metamorphosis coaching if you are interested in diving into another area of life briefly or needing a quick mindset boost!

Cancellation Policy

Half of service cost is required up front as deposit. Cancellation later than 5 days prior to session looses deposit. Reschedule before 5 day window to keep deposit.
